  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a specified amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided) to monitor your shipment status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept the order

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.
